About Sprouts NW

A young girl balancing on a BOSU ball, playing with a blue therapy ball in the clinic's therapy room.

Sprouts NW was founded by Dr. Bryce Blaser in 2020, after the clinic he worked at closed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Rather than leaving the community, Bryce saw a growing need for pediatric physical therapy in Whatcom County—and decided to stay and meet it.

What began as a home-based practice quickly became a trusted resource for families across the region. In 2025, Sprouts NW transitioned into a full-time clinic, continuing its mission to help kids move, grow, and thrive. Today, Bryce leads as the clinic’s dedicated physical therapist, with his wife Johanna providing part-time administrative support behind the scenes.

As one of the only pediatric-focused physical therapy clinics in the area, Sprouts NW is proud to offer personalized, child-centered care to families throughout Whatcom County.
