Meet The Team

At Sprouts NW, our mission is to support each child’s unique journey through compassionate, expert care that helps them grow, move, and thrive.

  • We believe that therapy works best when families are actively involved. Parents and caregivers are partners in the process, from setting goals to celebrating progress, because your insights and support are essential to your child’s success.

  • Our care is grounded in research, experience, and ongoing learning. We’re committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy tailored to each child’s unique needs, while always striving for the best possible outcomes

  • We’re proud to be a locally owned and operated clinic, deeply rooted in Whatcom County. Supporting our neighbors and being a trusted part of this community isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are.

  • Children learn best through movement and play. That’s why every session at Sprouts NW is designed to be engaging and fun—so kids feel motivated, safe, and excited to grow in ways that feel natural to them.

He’s passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care, with clinical interests in developmental motor delays, neurological conditions, and family-centered therapy approaches.

Outside the clinic, Bryce enjoys playing soccer, mountain biking, and spending time with his wife Johanna (married in 2023), their cat Nova, and their newborn son James. He’s also an active member of his church community and values the meaningful role his faith plays in both life and work.
